Selected product, furniture and tooling work — from early sketch and prototype through to manufacture-ready spec. Six projects, fully documented below.
I design for the hand before the eye — objects earn their form from how they're held, how they wear, and how they fail gracefully.

My work moves between sketch models, CMF studies and DFM reviews, with a particular interest in tooling: how a single mold or fixture can be designed to hold up across a real production run, not just a one-off prototype.
Most recently that's meant building and testing 3D-printed and CNC-machined molds from CAD through to finished casts — learning the tooling side of manufacturing firsthand rather than outsourcing it. I'm looking for opportunities where I can carry a product the whole way through, from concept to something that actually gets made.
